Participation in the event is free of charge; however, an admission fee to the park is required separately.

Photography is permitted only at the moment when you personally participate in the high-five. However, uploading any photos or videos to social networking services or the internet is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.

Photography is strictly prohibited for all activities other than the high-five session, even if the character is not included in the image.

Please follow all instructions given by event staff inside the venue.

Penlights and handheld fans are allowed, but please do not raise them above chest height.

For the consideration of guests seated behind you, please refrain from wearing hats, headbands, or similar items during viewing.

The use of tripods and bringing large cameras into the venue is prohibited.

During the event, staff may approach guests who make movements exceeding the space of their own seat. As this is an event with many children in attendance, we kindly ask for your cooperation and consideration.
