Studio Park Annual Pass Purchase Benefits
“The Studio Park Parking Discount"
※Limited to the NPC parking lot next to the Studio Park. Discount not applicable for general coin parking lots.
Guests who can show an annual pass will get 300 yen discount to use for the parking.
"Attraction Pass Discount”
Adults and children: from 1,200 yen ⇒ 900 yen (300 yen discount)
"Souvenir discount”
For every 1000 yen purchased in the The Gift Shop there will be a discount of 100 yen (Products not eligible for discount are excluded)
"Senryobako Popcorn"
Senryobako Popcorn at the Ninja cafe will have a 50% discount
"Costume Photo Discount"
Costume Photo Shop will have a 500 yen discount from every regular price
"Period Costume Experience discount"
Historical costume experience [+ wig, + makeup] will see a 1,000 yen discount from every regular price

- The above mentioned benefits are only limited to the owner of the annual pass.
- The above mentioned benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other discount services, etc.
- When using any of the above mentioned benefits, please present your annual pass at each shop.
Important notices regarding issue and renewal of the annual pass
- The price categories for the issuing and renewal of the annual pass are based on the age of the customer at the time of when the application is being submitted. When requesting an annual pass, please present an identity verification document (driver’s licence, student ID, health insurance card, passport, pension book, resident card, etc.) which shows your name and age.
- Please note that an annual pass will not be issued if an identity verification document cannot be presented.
- Your annual pass can be renewed one month prior to the expiration date.
- When renewing your annual pass, please notify us if there are any changes you would like to make to the previous information you provided.
- The annual pass cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts such as the handicapped persons discount.
- An annual pass cannot be renewed after it has expired. Please present your identity verification document again in order to reissue a new annual pass.
- For various reasons, we may not be able to issue your annual pass on the same day as the application form is submitted. In that case, please confirm with our staff, on how to receive the annual pass after it is ready.
- When the Studio Park is closed (Park’s holidays), we are unable to issue or renew annual passes.
Important notices regarding the use of annual pass
- The annual pass is for entry into the Studio Park only. It cannot be used for paid attractions, etc. inside the Studio Park.
- The annual pass is valid for 1 year from the day of issue. In addition, in the event that the expiration date falls on one of the Park holidays, the pass will be valid until the first business day after the holiday period (Park’s holidays).
- The annual pass is valid only during regular business days and business hours of Toei Kyoto Studio Park. However, if special performances or events are held (with prior announcements) at the Studio Park and customers wish to enter the special event venues, can purchase a separate entry ticket. Furthermore, if you do not wish to enter the special venues, entry to the Studio Park is as usual.
- Usage of the annual pass is limited to the person, whose name is registered on it. We carry out identity inspections by checking your identification picture when entering the park. Passes cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
- If you forget to bring your annual pass, you will have to purchase a Studio Park entry ticket for that day.
- Toei Kyoto Studio Park will not hold any responsibility in case of theft or loss of the annual pass. The annual pass will not be reissued. Refunds or exchange in cash for the annual pass during its valid period are also not allowed.
Regarding the use of personal information during the annual pass application process
At Toei Kyoto Studio Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) we comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act and other related laws, and handle personal information with utmost care.
Upon receiving your application for the annual pass, we will handle personal information in accordance with the following policy, to ensure the protection of personal information retrieved from the application form.
Privacy Policy
- The Company will use personal information such as name, date of birth, etc. for identity verification when the annual pass is in use.
- The Company will use contact information, such as name, address, email address, etc., to provide information to the services and business operations in the Park. The Company may use or disclose personal information that has been modified to disable identification, for the purpose of creating business operation statistical data.
- Unless required by law, the Company will not disclose or share personal information to third parties except for the postal service company without your consent.
- The Company will swiftly respond to complaints from customers or agents regarding the handling of personal information, such as disclosure, correction or usage termination as specified by the law.
- The company has created and maintains a guideline for handling personal information, and provides adequate staff training, creating a system in which all members can properly handle personal information.
