15m high! The upper body of EVA-01 , which can be observed from the L.C.L. pool, has appeared! In addition to the enormous body, it can be ridden only in the Kyoto Base!
Climb into the entry plug!
Board the entry plug = cockpit inserted into EVA-01 ! The view over the city of Kyoto seen from Eva’s perspective is simply breathtaking!
Climb onto the palm!
Get onto the palm of EVA-01 sticking out of the L.C.L. red pool, and take a photo! The size is overwhelming!
Measure your synchronization score!
After entering through the boarding gate, entry plug passengers will be subjected to various pilot aptitude tests. Aim for a high synch score!
Photo Spots
There are many good photo spots at the Evangelion Kyoto Base other than the Entry Plug and EVA’s palm. Here you can take pictures unique in the whole world.
“Mitohan Ramen”
A reproduction of the ramen that Mito Komon liked, who is said to have eaten ramen for the first time in Japan. It is a must if you love ramen!
“Senryobako Popcorn”
When you open the “Senryobako” that was used to store oval gold coins in the Edo period, you will find crunchy popcorn inside!
“Arrest jug”
It is a jug inspired by the official lanterns used by the Japanese police in the olden days to catch criminals.
